Default user profile picture in Appian Error

Hi When user is clicking default  appian profile it's throwing an error An Error Has Occurred  record data does not exist, has been deleted, or you do not have sufficient privileges to access it. (APNX-1-4205-006) but user is part of all groups. Only one person is getting this error.

Could you please provide suggestions. How can i achieve this.

    Did you try uploading a new photo? Coukd you check tomcar-stdout.log and share details please?

    No,User clicks on  profile only he got an error he is unable to view user record

    Is it happening only for a specific user or is that a general behavior?

    That is strange. I would advise looking at the std-out log file to see what error it shows. If nothing, then try creating a support case with Appian.
