Deployment API - Get Inspection

Has anyone worked the GET method "deployment-management/v1/inspections/" to inspect a deployment package, through API Rest?

It gives me the following error:

But when running the "Get Deployment Log" with the same uuid, if it works

Will I be doing something wrong?
