Hi folks,

can we configure another URL masking for a particular site in an environment?

current URL: www.abc.appiancloud.com/suite/sites/mysite

another URL: www.abc.com/mysite.

I don't know if there's anything preventing you from doing that in an external domain registrar (or similar) - but there's no internal functionality within Appian that can do it, of course.
