Hello All,

  We have followed the steps what we have in the appian documentation "Mail Server Setup" but unable to receive the emails, please anyone advise me what needs to check further from our side.

    Hi lakshmana,

    there several possibilities:

    -
    1.) is your network working fine?

    2.) did you use the suitiable instractions for your specific appian version?

    3.)what are your results for "Testing and Troubleshooting" your mail server?

    Did we check if the email configuration on the admin console? Is it turned on?
