ERROR in DOCX to HTML smart service: An error occurred in executing an Activity Class.

Hello Community,

I am facing an activity class issue while executing DOCX to HTML smart service. I don't know what's the reason of this error as I have tried multiple methods to resolve the issue. This smart service has two mandatory fields i.e. Create New Document where we pass a boolean value and Source Document where we pass the document which needs to be converted in HTML format. I am passing a value to Source Document using UIT. In the OUTPUTS I am creating a pv where I can save the obtained HTML doc file to AC!NewDocumentCreated.
Please help me to resolve this issue ASAP.

Here is the questions I would ask to debug this:

Is there a more descriptive error in the server logs?
In process monitoring, can you confirm the pv holding the Source Document is populated? What is the data type of that pv?

What values do you have set for the non-mandatory fields - for example have you set a save-in folder?

No there is no descriptive error in the server logs and the pv holding Source Document is populated with the doc file. The pv data type is document and in the fields other then mandatory I am passing a folder to save-in folder.

There must be something in the logs.

Seems to be an issue with the plugin, I tried with a simple docx file and it gave me same activity class error.

    Found this in logs

I'd suggest opening a support case with Appian if you don't find any solutions in this thread.
