Error in ROBOTIC Smart Service: An Error has occured during the execution of the smart service activity.

Hello Community,
I'm facing "An error has occurred during the execution of the smart service activity." error while executing Robotic task smart service. I have uploaded some Macro files to perform RPA, but its unable to execute, showing the mentioned error before execution itself . I'm unable to figure it out. Can anyone help me on this.
