Error when opening the Application (APNX-1-4198-000)

Hello All,

I'm facing this issue while opening the application which contains CDT's, groups and DS.

The System Has Encountered an Error

HTTP Code: 500 APNX-1-4198-000 Error Evaluating UI Expression Expression evaluation error [evaluation ID = a5eb9:bc758] : Appian object error. Details: Failed to execute query in thread for: EngineBackedQueryExecutor [queryKey=DESIGN, typeIds=[23, 80, 200], transformTypeIds=[23, 80, 200], refClasses=[class com.appiancorp.type.refs.ProcessModelRefImpl, class com.appiancorp.type.refs.DatatypeRefImpl, class com.appiancorp.type.refs.ProcessModelFolderRefImpl], reducedExecutor=[ReducedExecutor extended-process-design-service:Process Model,Data Type,Folder (Process Model)]]

Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

    Stop the Application server and search server. Clear the search server cache and application server cache and restart the Appian services.

    Just troubleshooting here.

    Can you elaborate more on what you can and cannot open/view?

    Can you check the system logs for any more details on this error?

    Can you export the application (without entering it, as you say it's not possible) and perform an import analysis to explore potenital issues?

    Did you scan the topics with similar errors to perhaps find a similar sitaution as yours? There are a few topics.

    Since what action does the error occur?

    - I am able to open the other applications in the environment except the DS application

    - Not clear or specific info from the logs 

    Can you export the application (without entering it, as you say it's not possible) and perform an import analysis to explore potenital issues?

    - The export application also facing the issue and not able export this application

    Did you scan the topics with similar errors to perhaps find a similar sitaution as yours? There are a few topics.

    - Yes

    Since what action does the error occur?

    -  Not very sure about this

    The issue is resolved after manually importing the package from another environment.
