How to deploy Process Calendar to upper environment

AFAIK this is not supported. You need to create a new calendar manually with the exact same name. The reason is, that process calendars are global shared objects.

Process calendars can be viewed and configured by system administrators. Each environment can have one or more calendars. Calendars must be configured in each environment—they cannot be exported or imported.
