I am using appian community account. I need to change my first name but 'Update' button is not enabled in edit profile

1) I am using appian community account. I need to change my first name but 'Update' button is not enabled in edit profile

2) Is there any way to download certificate from appian community account

2) You can only get it from mail. If you have lost access to your email box, then I think you might have to contact Appian for possible solutions.

1) Clear your browser cache and try again may be it's taking time to reload other then that no other option to edit i guess.

2) Drop an email to certifications@appian.com with your userid, they will send you an email with the certification attached
