Information about recovering my shut down site
Hi! I made a request one day ago in order to recover my appian site. When I enter in appian community, I see the following information;
When I click the "Check status" button, nothing happens. I received a no reply email which said that there would be a delay in my request, but I would like to ask how much time will pass until I can recover my site (or what is the "standard" amount of time), and how can I follow the status of my request.
