Long Java work queue in Engine. How we can improve the performance?

How I can improve the performance if there is long java work queue in engine performance log. Which one I have to do whether I have to increase application server or increase Ram. Which one is correct?

Is that a test or a real question? For a real scenario, you would perform a sizing calculation based on the health check and planned load, and discuss that with Appian.

Thanks for your quick response, during my examination I had this question. can you please confirm which one is right increase application server or increase Ram?

Out of my head and without any warranty I would go with more app servers.
