Migrating to LDAPs from LDAP on Appian

Hi all,

We have Appian v18.1 installed on Windows Server 2008R2 and we try to migrate  from LDAP to LDAPs. Even we confirm with administrator of Domain Controllers that we set parameters correctly we did not succeed with migration.

The Domani Controllers are Windows 2016 and 2019 and we suspect that the TLS is 1.0 and we should use 1.3 minimum.

Can any one help me with this migration?
