My Community Edition Site in Inactive status

My Community Edition site appears to be in inactive mode. I've attempted to activate it but haven't been successful. The registered email associated with it is prashant.kumbhar@telusinternational.com. It seems the system has been inactive since February 8th, 2024. Could you please assist me with this?
