Hello [mention:f45c79117a6447559c0087227efde690:e9ed411860ed4f2ba0265705b8793d05]

You can do that from the Admin console from the Navigation pane next to the User profile icon in the site if you are an system administrator. You will have to go to the Users in the Admin console and create a new user. Add this user in all the groups that are necessary.

More on it in the documentation Create New user

Can you check if you have System Administrator rights or if you are an basic user?

By the what is the page that you are currently in?

Unfortunately, adding new users directly isn't possible in the Appian Community Edition. This functionality is reserved for the paid versions with an Admin Console.

You can go to Users and Create Credentials and have your learners in your Environment .

You just need to share Community URL and The Latest Created Users Credentials .

But Creation of Users are Specific to a certain Limit as it's Community Instance.

Create a process and use the create user smart service.

I doubt if that would work with the basic user rights.

Yes, this smart service must be run by an admin user.
