i have a Execute Stored Procedure Smart Service in Process Model , 

when i start the process model i got this error , 

Non supported character set (add orai18n.jar in your classpath): AR8MSWIN1256

i have oracle 19.3.0.0 in my Linux Server 

and i downloaded orai18n.jar file and i need a help to know were can i add it to solve the problem ,

can i make it from Appian Admin Console ?
