Not able to access through account created in Admin Console in community

Hi,

I created a new user through the Admin Console. I tried to login to that account. Password was changed but not able to access. This user has already access to required groups

So, the login seems to work, but accessing your site (assumption ???) does not work. What about the tempo URL?

This seems to be a permission issue. Did you try navigate to different URLs with this user?
