Not Able to send emails using custom sender

Hi Appian Devs,
Please look into the below configuration and let me know what am i doing wrong. I need to send the email along with the configuration of a custom sender.

Take a look here for the configuration and also re-check mail server setup. I would be in a better position to help if you share the issue that your are facing, e.g. error screenshot, issues in mail etc.

The process is ending with the nodes gracefully, so there is no error to investigate on.
Its just that i am not able to receive the email
