Where/how do i create a new process calendar for my application? unable to find the Process calendar option in the gear icon that i see on the top.

    I don't see that option(three lines) in the left side of my screen

    You need to get out of your application. Process calendars are environment settings. Keep in mind to set up that calendar on your other environments as well.
