process-design in CRASHLOOPBACKOFF state, REPLICA mode

After rebooting the server we tried to start our engines but we could see the "process-design in CRASHLOOPBACKOFF state, REPLICA mode" issue can someone please help me to resolve this issue, I have validated the License
