SAML authentication MFA through IDP Azure

Hi Team,
we are moving away from legacy (Base64 Auth) and move to SAML authentication and once the migration is completed we have to ensure MFA is working through our IdP (Azure) and ensure that anyone authenticating to the system has MFA enabled.
Can you please guide me through the exact steps to implement this process.
