Saved Filters are unavailable

Has anyone seen this message before? Filters are working in lower environments but not in prod. This message is displayed for all record types regardless of number of data.

    Can you check the status of the Appian Data Server? The saved filters are stored in the data server, so the filters will not be available if the data server is down.

    This could be because you changed the definition of filters used on the grid. There is an info when you do the same on the record:
