Session timeout not working for Basic Users

We are using Self Managed instance of Appian in Kubernetes. We have configured session timeout for 20 minutes in Admin console and using native login.

This is working for System administrators but not working for Basic users. Do we need to update anywhere else for the same or do we need to configure this in server level.
