SQLBackupAndFTP tool Connectivity issue

Hi Team,

We are using SQLBackupAndFTP tool for taking backup of database in MariaDB (Appian). We have installed the tool while setting up, getting an error stating that Database is not detected. Please find the attached snippet for reference. Please help us here to fix the issue.
