Standard Object Names for Application

The documentation for Standard Object Names for Application says

"For both published and unpublished applications, the name can be the same as another object's name in the same environment." 

What does this means.

I tried naming two applications with same name and same application prefixes. But in Appian we cannot have same prefix for two applications.

This means if you have an application packed named "Demo Site 1", the name of your site object can be the same as the application package "Demo Site 1"
