Hello, 

A user has reported the following error in the attached screenshot.  I tried to open tomcat from the system logs to analyze the error but I could not.

Can you please let me know how to resolve this error? 

is it in the process model/instance or somewhere else?

Did you check in the design_errors.csv file with above identifier?

Thanks for raising this. I'm curious—when troubleshooting errors like this, what are the first places you usually check? Do you start with application server logs, process instances, or the application itself?

First: design_errors.csv

Then I check other log files beginning with the tomcat std out.

    Hello, Raj can you please provide when this errors appears in your system and which version or Appian you are using and are you using Appian on-prem or cloud. And if it is resolved now what you fixed?
