Unable to Access License Management Application & Need Assistance with License Request and Developer Instance Registration

Hello Appian Community,

I have access to forum.appian.com, but I'm unable to access the License Management Application to request licenses. Specifically, I need to request both the k3.lic and k4.lic files for my Appian installation, but I cannot proceed due to this access issue.

Can anyone guide me on:

1. Alternative methods to request both licenses (if License Management Application access is restricted)?
2. How to register a developer instance with Appian?

Any insights or step-by-step guidance would be greatly appreciated!
