Unable to connect to On-premise Database Server from Appian cloud Environment

We initially developed our Application on cloud and now we setup the complete database at on-premise and I was not able to connect from cloud Environment. Need help ?

    You probably need to setup a VPN to allow Appian to communicate to your on-premise database.
