Unable to register for Appian World 2022 Live Build Challenge Registration

I'm not able to register for the Appian World 2022 Live Build Challenge Registration. Every time I click on the "Apply Now" button. It redirects me to the below screenshot:

Can someone help me out?

Just short question, not sure if that is a factor:
are you certified? How old is your account?

If not: what kind of browser are you using?
I would suggest chrome.

No the link is not working for me.

I tried on Chrome and Microsoft Edge, it's giving the same "Unable to load interface: User should have access to source site." message.
