I have some question, i already set locale of User setting, but Date Filed can't change the format with yyyy/mm/dd

How i can change the format of yyyy/mm/dd

Check how the field format behaves in a Site or a User Input Task, i.e. while viewing what a regular user would see, not within interface designer.

i already check in Site, and it not working with my expected

I just set the locale for one of my test users to Japan (just to pick an example) and upon refresh, the date picker in an existing site when logged in as that user looks like i'd expect:

That format is defined by the user locale only.

I agree - and to clarify for the original poster, that option would need to be UNCHECKED if you want the user's personal locale setting to affect what they see on an interface, i believe.
