Hi Folks,

I am using Appian AI Skill to extract the data from a pdf document. I uploaded multiple documents in the same batch and some of the documents are failing and giving the below-mentioned error.

Did anyone face the same issue or any insights into it?

Your help is much appreciated.

Any log file info. E.g. the tomcat stdout?

When you say "multiple documents in the same batch," what do you mean? The smart service only supports a single document

I am passing only one document to the smart service, [ When I mean batch if I run 100 instances of this smart service only for some documents I am getting this. It is intermittent ]

Got it. Support case is definitely the way to go.

i haven't got this error before when i was using AI Skill for multiple user stories. I do recommend you to check the training model metrics and upload documents read capability.

Do you mean to train the model? My training model recall is 99%.
