Convert number to Word Italian readout

hello, im trying to implement a rule that takes as an input (number:decimale) and return and italian readout of that number for example(21762161120,58)the result will be this way (ventunomiliardisettecentosessantaduemilionicentosessantunomilacentoventi/58)
