Document Extraction Failed Error

I am just playing around.

I have AI skill configured with matching PDF field data. It was successfully reconciled and saved data in CDT when i have less than 5 fields under 5 min.

I tried to have 10 fields straight, no table type/structure, however it failed with "Document Extraction Failed." looks like timeout. It took more than 5 min even to through this error.

What could have gone wrong? Any inputs helpful?

To add: I tried CDT which is successful, now i tried with Record type throwing error. Assume this would not matter as long as fieldMappings are right.

Did you check the tomcat logfile for any details?

CDT or Record are not relevant for the extraction itself.

Thanks for the reply Stefan!!

I am using Appian Community Edition for this and looks like i don't have access to logs in it. I will give it a try from client env after upgrade and let you know further.
