Handwritten notes in IDP

Hi 

I am able to extract the document from fillable field in pdf by following the tutorial in forum.

I tried to select handwritten notes by holding shift button and select the word but it didn't work for me. 

Please guide me to get the tutorial available for handwritten notes.

Also is there anything which i have to take care for handwritten notes different than the fillable pdf.

1. I tried to select the work by holding the shift button
