How to use AI Copilot for Developers with standard tier

We are using 24.2 on premise but not seeing any option for "AI Copilot for Developers".

As per documentation, it is available for 24.2 on premise. Do we need to take some further steps to enable this?

Can you let me know which link indicated it was available on-prem so we can get that corrected?

It is stating that it might be available but wanted to check if it is might or not at all-

"This feature may not be available or may have limited functionality in self-managed deployments of Appian."

Is there any way to hands on or learn the capabilities of this feature?
