How to use Appian Co-pilot?

Hi,

I am trying to experiment with Appian Co-pilot and I have encountered few issues.

1. I have set up my chat completion model in admin console.

https://azure-open-test777.openai.azure.com/openai/deployments/gpt35-model/completions?api-version=2023-09-15-preview : this is Chat completion endpoint in Azure

If i Paste it in the admin console under AI services it's giving error, but if I add chat/ in endpoint as suggested by Appian then it is successful, please refer attached SS.

Even if I give different deployment model name the connection is successful HOW???

2. I am trying to upload simple PDF after successful connection (refer SS highlighted in yellow color), i am unable to get the expected interface.

I also had no success with some forms used by the German government. I have the feeling that this thing is somehow optimized for US type forms.

What would you suggest? what will be the resolution for this? Any workaround for this from my side?

IMHO, this is mostly a marketing feature. And there is not much you can do to make it work. If this is an important business case for you, I suggest to open a support case at Appian.

Based on the Azure URL, it looks like you were using GPT 3.5. Through an oversight this hasn't yet been adequately documented but this feature requires GPT-4. If you have access to that model in Azure, try updating your admin console configuration to use that.
