Issue in executing AI Agent

Hello,
I'm exploring AI Agent features in Appian 25.4 release and going through this tutorial https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/25.4/build-triage-agent-tutorial.html and trying to recreate this.
For this, I tried calling the expression rule and save the result in output.

While testing, it just shows processing for long time. Kindly help me with what I'm missing here.
Is there is any specific prompt do we need to follow to map the inputs or the AI agent will automatically infer the data based on our prompt.

At a local Appian event I got to try the new agent system hands-on for a bit. It took anywhere from 1 minute to 15 minutes to process what was needed depending on how convoluted / complex I made the prompt, whether or not I fed it extraneous / incorrect information that an enthusiastic "helpful" user might do, and also whether or not all 40 people in the room were doing the same thing.

On the 'Monitor' tab it should give you a LOT more detail about what the agent is 'thinking'. What do you see there?
