Hi Raul, Thank you for requesting access to the Records Chat component. As part of the initial release, we are excited to offer you complimentary access to Records Chat for the first three months from the date of enablement. After that, Records Chat requires an additional license purchase. Appian retains the right to disable this feature at the end of the trial period at any time if a license is not purchased. We will reach out near the end of your trial date if a license has not been purchased. Please confirm you accept these conditions, and we will proceed with enabling this feature in your environment.
