KB-1349 "startIndex must not be greater than "totalCount"" error thrown when deleting the last application in the application list in /design

Symptoms
When deleting the last application on an application list, which is a single application on the 2+ page, the following error appears:
Expression evaluation error: A grid component [label=""] has an invalid value for "value" and "totalCount". "startIndex" must not be greater than "totalCount", but "startIndex" was X and "totalCount" was X.
Cause
This issue has been resolved via AN-55769 in Appian 17.3.
Action
The application will successfully delete, therefore selecting "OK" will allow the user to return to the application list page without issue.
Affected Versions
This article applies to Appian 7.11 up to Appian 17.2.
