KB-2418 Basic users receive APNX-1-4198-000 error when accessing a!agentChatField component

Symptoms

1. Basic (non-admin) users accessing a!agentChatField component receive error:

   The referenced agent could not be found. It may have been deleted. (APNX-1-4198-000)

2. Admin users can successfully access the same component on the same environment.
3. All users (including basic users) can successfully access the component in other environments.

System logs show an evaluation error for the component a!agentChatField with no nested security, permission, or connection exceptions.

Cause

This issue has been patched via AP-63529 in Appian version 26.6.156.0 and later.
