Best practice and recommended team structure for handling the operate work for an Appian platform

Hi All,

I am looking for any pointers that anyone can provide from their past experience of handling OPERATE work for Appian platform, including bug fixes.

Lets assume the platform hosts around 5 High complexity applications and 5 Medium complexity applications.

what would be the parameters we should be looking out for in structuring the team for such operate work.

Really appreciate any advice / inputs from anyone. Thanks in advance.

I would suggest reading the Appian Methodology Guide and then asking your questions here.

It is a really complex question, with a long answer, which is difficult to answer in a few lines.

Thank you for response, you are certainly spot on when you say, its really difficult to answer in a few lines.

I was just looking out for an example in the real world how are folks handling this. Few pointers from experience will help me a lot.

My question is: "How much of a difference does Appian make in terms of OPS compared to other tech?"

I mean, in general, you will need a properly implemented ITIL organization. Then, the actual support tasks will differ in their details, of course.
