What is the Best Practice for importing an existing application and view its objects in Designer ?

Step 1) Download the application in zip file and drop it in Appian Designer after clicking on "Import"

Step 2) Checkbox appears that says "....import customisation file......"

I see that there is a checkbox for import customisation file, when do I check this ?

Kindly share the steps for application import for existing zip file, assuming it is downloaded from Appian AppMarket

I think that this part of the documentation should get you started.

[mention:04a5613dcf6c49759c1ac3060283a819:e9ed411860ed4f2ba0265705b8793d05] seems this checkbox is used for variables that have different values across environments, but it does not explain how I can use its objects as an imported application
