what are you missing at appian health check that you need an alternative?

I have to add/modify few coding standards according to my requirements.

coding standarts like? I feels like you try to automate the job of a lead programmer/architect.

The maximum i can recommend is downloading a package of an application and writing your own tool, which can analyze this. But this is still not a really perfect approach in my mind.

Besides that, you try to get access to core elements of the platform, which is not possible to get.
