Task Assignment

When you assign a task to more than a single user, then one of the users needs to accept it before start working on it. Then he is the owner of the task. Once he completes it the task is completed. If he decides to return it to the assignees, the someone else can pick it up.

This is standard Appian task management.

There is another approach, by creating one parent group and add the 3 groups as child to them. Assign the task to the parent group if you dont like to assign to multiple groups.. So that if any of the users complete then the task should disappear. I think this should work.
