Web HTTP Protocol - Load Runner - Performance Testing

We have MicroFocus 12.56 v of Load Runner / Performance Center for load testing. However, Web HTTP protocol is not at all recording any client - server communications when we try to test the Appian application. Any suggestions pls. Thanks

When I check my developer tools in my browser, I see all the HTTPS traffic. Appian runs in browser only and does not use any other protocol.
