I created a grid plus UI where I want to add color for status column like if active -green and if reject -red color and I also want to add some icon for one column, is it possible with Appian Grid Plus functionality?

you can’t use Rich Text Display Field in a column/cell definition like you could with Paging or Editable grid?

GridPlus can't do per-value cell colors or icons (styling is grid-wide only, and Rich Text is unsupported).
Use the native Read-Only Grid instead.

    No, it is not possible to add dynamic status colors per row or custom icons to columns using the Appian GridPlus Advanced Plug-in.

    You should use Appian's standard Read-Only Grid (a!gridField), which natively supports both of these visual features.
