I have created a local installation of Appian 7.6 but for some reason the Admin

I have created a local installation of Appian 7.6 but for some reason the Admin Console is not working as expected. I cannot change anything on the branding. I cannot move off of branding either so looking at the "third party credentials" and "User activity" do not result in a screen change. Trying save changes does cause an error with no error code in the log (see attached log).

Other bits of info:
1) My user account is of type "System Administrator"
2) I am not using "Administrator"

Any thoughts on this?
