We need to track the history of changes made to the user custom field, as we are receiving roles from GEMI in this custom field. Is there any out-of-the-box functionality to capture these changes, or are there any available workarounds? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

We receive the roles for each officer from GEMI in the custom fields, and based on these roles, the officers are granted access to specific functionalities within the Appian application. For audit purposes, we would like to track the history of logins and the access permissions each officer had during those sessions.
