Appian OOTB record Export to Excel failing with Status code 503

Has any one been getting 503 error trying to export a record type to excel? I am not applying any filters. This is happening for small dataset (5 items) as well as large dataset (3k records). I am seeing this issue in  my community Appian instance 22.4 and work Appian instances in 22.3. 

For every failed export attemt, there is a Warning log in the tomcat-stdOut as folows
