I have a process model with only a smart service for sending emails but I only receive them in my outlook/hotmail account. If I try to send to my gmail account or other, I don't receive them.
Can anyone explain why this happens? And what can I do to solve this?

the first thing that I might think of is to check the spam or junk file, since appian emails sometimes falls into those folders
as well, double check the spelling of your email addresses.
one last question, do you get any error messages or odd behaviors in your process when sending emails to accounts other than outlook/Hotmail?
I already check the spam and junk file and double check the email address and when we run the process there is no error message. The only way we can see if the process is working is when we use the hotmail account and receive the email. Otherwise, when we sent to other accounts like gmail, the process runs successfully in debug mode and nothing happens.
Do you have a custom mailing server hooked with Appian, or do you use the out of the box configuration for mailing and such?
We are using the Appian default configuration for mailing.
