When using the sftp smart service, is there any way to search for a file in a folder, ideally with some kind of wildcard option? I've got a folder with a list of files named something like <FILENAME><SOME_RANDOM_NUMBERS><DATE>.csv and while the filename part stays the same, I don't necessarily know the number or date attached to it ahead of time. Is there some way I can pull the latest file called <filename>*.csv or something? Or do I HAVE to know the exact file name to download it?

Not as of now. You will have to fetch all file names from the folder and then search locally. Then you know the exact name and can download it.
